Made some turkey bacon pasta last night. Realized I had no groceries and had to come up with something with what I had left. So, turkey bacon, tomato sauce, onion, basil, tomatoes, garlic, hot sauce, and shell pasta was the answer.
Went out to Myrtle Beach this weekend to celebrate my co-worker’s birthday and so James could check off another item on his bucket list. Yes, of all places he wanted to visit, was Myrtle Beach (only because of the East Bound & Down tv show) It was a great trip filled with tons of food & alcohol. The truest enemy of any weight loss, but you have to go out and cheat a little every now and then.
Yesterday, my boss, Buffy McCoy Kelly, instructed our office through a Tantra Yoga session. It was nice to be able to end the work day with some stretching, as well as, see the guys in our office try out some of the poses.
In the past 3 weeks I have lost 8 lbs — I am only 18 lbs away from my goal weight! Nice to finally see results.
Mixed up my dance aerobics class times, so I went to the gym instead. I did a lil treadmill and a lil elliptical with some intervals, burning 330 calories in 40 minutes.

Today was Arms Day. I despise these weights only because I have lost all the upper body strength I use to have. Pisses me off knowing I let myself lose that. At least I am finally working on getting it back.
