Seeing results, even if they are minimal. Clothes aren’t as tight & I am feeling much more energy. Motivation! Did arms today, ugh my least favorite.
When I do house chores, such as washing the dishes. I tend to blast “Bounce It” by Juicy J. I don’t care if my neighbors have to watch me poorly attempt to twerk, it’s burning calories either way.
Glad that at least on this 21 Day Challenge I can have beer. I need one guilty pleasure.
Earlier this week, I enjoyed a grilled veggie wrap & then cooked up lightened up homemade fish sticks & a side of zucchini & mushrooms.
I’ve been craving Taco Bell all day, so instead I made Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps (134 calories for two tacos). An edited version of Skinnytaste’s recipe.
salt & pepper
green bell pepper
1/4 cup water
large iceberg lettuce leaves
Brown turkey, add seasonings & mix well. Add onion, pepper & water. Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Place meat in the center and top with chopped tomatoes.
